National Socialism for America
Blut, Ehre, und Loyalität
While schools are cutting corners to accommodate record levels of immigration every year, the U.S. government is cutting 15 percent discounts to corporations who bypass American graduates (both native and foreign-born) in favor of foreign workers. Hilarie Gamm explains to John Binder:
"So what's happening today is you'll have children that are American citizens where their parents have basically bankrupted themselves to send their kids to these American universities and they'll be sitting alongside their foreign friends who are ... earning the same degree," Gamm continued. "And those foreign children will have a job offer in hand when they graduate and the American child will not have even gotten an interview for that same company." ....The incentive for Amazon and others to hire OPT foreign workers comes in the form of a 15 percent discount that has allowed multinational corporations to evade at least $20 billion to $30 billion in FICA taxes over the year." Hey white students, how is diversity as a strength working out for you? Well every once in a while that childish clown of a President does something right. According to Numbers USA: Fri, Aug 23th"The Trump Administration announced this week that it will finalize a rule that ends the Flores Settlement Agreement -- a Clinton-era agreement between the executive branch and the Federal District Court of Central California which limits the amount of time that the feds can detain minors who cross the border illegally.
But skimming through some of the headlines, one would have a hard time learning the facts and could easily be misled, including this one from Reuters: U.S. moves to detain migrant children indefinitelyAs Rosemary pointed out in her statement to the press, the true purpose of the rule is to disincentivize family units from crossing the border illegally, which should protect children and ultimately reduce the number of them in detention. "It is long past time that we end the Flores Settlement loophole that effectively requires catch and release for illegal aliens who arrive with children. We know this loophole has created an entire industry of abuse and exploitation of children, and we applaud the Administration for finally taking steps to close it. It is unfortunate that the Administration has to act alone because Congress is unwilling to put politics aside to address this humanitarian crisis." -- Rosemary Jenks, NumbersUSA Director of Government RelationsHOW FSA HELPED DRIVE ONGOING BORDER CRISIS The ongoing border surge has been driven by family units -- individuals crossing the border illegally with a child. In fact, family units have made up 57% of all border apprehensions during the current fiscal year that started last October. The Flores Settlement Agreement forces the feds to release minors after 20 days. This policy results in the catch-and-release of family units, which has encouraged more family units to cross the border illegally. The new rule will terminate the Flores Settlement Agreement, allowing the feds to keep children with their parents until an immigration judge makes a determination on their case. The rule will ultimately have to be approved by the Federal District Court of Central California." It will be interesting in how this all plays out. According to Pew research:
64% of Democratic likely voters say it is important to "require that all employers use the government's electronic E-Verify system to ensure only legal workers can obtain jobs." Only 20% of Democratic voters say it is "not very important" or "not important at all" to mandate E-Verify for all businesses. Among Independents -- the other major group of voters of interest to the Democratic candidates -- 78% say mandating E-Verify is important. Now if we could do something about the stagnant wages. How about a living wage for white working class Americans? The Presidential candidates love illegal aliens. Republicans are in it for cheap labor and Democrats in power love open borders, want to make illegal entry a civil offense! Here in Utah, there are many a Mormon with magic underwear gained through temple ritual. Mitt Romney uses his magical power for treasonous purposes.
Mitt Romney voted in favor of the omnibus spending bill, H.J. Res. 31, to weaken interior enforcement H.J.Res. 31, the omnibus spending bill. The bill reduces the funding for detention beds used by ICE to detain criminal aliens and recent illegal border crossers. It also provides protection from enforcement and removal for the illegal-alien sponsors and their families of unaccompanied alien children who cross the border illegally. Also it prevents the hiring of any new ICE agents for Enforcement and Removal Operations. This gives him an F- grade from lower immigration enthusiasts There was a lot on the immigration front in Congress last week. Most notable was a series of votes on a supplemental spending bill to fund government agencies dealing with the problem at the southern border.
House Emergency Border Spending Bill Passes The House passed a $4.5 billion bill for border funding Tuesday with a series of changes made to satisfy the Democratic caucus' progressive wing. These changes would have put strict requirements on the type of care that must be provided in detention facilities and further restricted the time alien minors could spend in the custody of Border Patrol before they have to be transferred to Health and Human Services (HHS). The bill failed to include any money to address the pay shortfall for ICE officers, effectively denying salaries to the men and women who are working tirelessly, putting themselves at risk to enforce immigration law and protect the American people. Before final passage, House Republicans petitioned for a motion to recommit, which would have allowed them to amend the bill, adding $64 million of additional funding for ICE, before a final vote. That motion failed narrowly, 205 to 218, but did garner the votes of 13 Democrats who broke party ranks. With the Republicans loving the cheap labor that drives down wages, and the Democrats Kumbaya open borders horseshit, there continues to be little chance of positive change for working class Americans. Last Wednesday, the Senate Appropriations Committee agreed to a $4.6 billion border supplemental spending bill with bipartisan support.
The bill provides $2.9 billion for HHS to care for and resettle the unaccompanied minors who are apprehended crossing the border illegally. It also provides the Department of Homeland Security with $1.3 billion to provide food, shelter, and medical care for illegal border crossers. The bill also provides funding for more immigration judges and for the Department of Defense, which has assisted in the response to the crisis. The bill provides some funding for Alternatives to Detention (ATD), but it does not include funding for detention beds or additional border security,Illegal border crossers will be released after apprehension by Border Patrol. Without the threat of detention, there is nothing to deter the near record-level of illegal border crossings. Thanks, you cucks. We learned the lessons of 1986 when Congress passed, and Pres. Reagan signed, an amnesty in exchange for more immigration enforcement. Millions of illegal aliens received green cards, but the enforcement never happened, putting the country in its current situation. Are we going to have another amnesty for illegal aliens?
"Our current border crisis is a direct result of DACA, which incentivized Central American minors to come illegally in the hopes that they would get amnesty too, and of the loopholes in our immigration laws, which allowed them to stay in the United States once they arrived. Once it became clear that minors would not be deported, Central American adults realized that they could come illegally, too, as long as they brought a child with them. Building a border fence or wall will not prevent the thousands of migrants in the caravans from entering the United States and abusing those loopholes in the law. Border fencing is critical to reducing the flow of dangerous drugs and criminals into our country, and to combatting human trafficking. It also has proven essential when hundreds of people try to storm the border at the same time at one place. But fencing will not stop most illegal immigration, because it does nothing to deal with visa overstays or the fact that our laws and the courts require so many illegal border crossers to be released into our country." "
All three of those changes were included in the amendment that Reps. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) offered in mid-December. It was their efforts that helped rally support for Pres. Trump's insistence that the funding bills include provisions to address the border crisis. These provisions are just as critical to border security as the border fence, but they weren't addressed in the Trump proposal voted on yesterday in the Senate. We'll continue to educate Congress and the President on the need for these reforms as they continue to work on a larger immigration package. Be prepared for major battles over the next three weeks to stop efforts to trade a large amnesty for border fence funding." Quotations by Chris Chmielenski, NumbersUSA Deputy Director |
